This is strange! Meeting a guy through work from Hood River, OR that grew up in Bedford Cty, right beside Fulton Cty. And another oddity, I am working two jobs right now, one to add a Alcatel-Lucent 7750 router in BDFR and one in EVRT. We need to stay in touch.

Hi Kerry. I hope you are well. A flash from the past here, if you remember me. You are remembered by others because you are the famous Kerry Williams, monster mando man. Well, the little people think of you often. Actually you would probably be amazed at how often I think about you. For years I was so envious that you had such a great guitarist to play with right in your own home town. A couple of years ago I found a local jazz guitar player who actually likes to play with me. He was a guitar player in the military for 20 years and as you might expect is vastly beyond me in skill level, but he puts up with me. I have thought a lot about writing a book on jazz mandolin because of all he has taught me about the application of guitar jazz theory to the mandolin, things I have never seen in print (because who would buy such materials?!). Anyway, the reason I think of you often is because I feel that in a small way we are living parallel lives now that I have found a jazz guitar player to share my jazz passion. I really want him to hear your band so I have 2 requests: (1) If you have a mailing list, please put me on it so I will know about upcoming gigs of yours and (2) I was going to ask about buying your CD('s), but I think I will hop over to your website and see if I can order there. You continue to be a musical inspiration to me.
Oh, one more thing. I can no longer find a website for Paul Lestock. I was thinking about ordering another Jazzbo (I LOVE the one I have). Do you know if he has a new site. I looks like someone took his old site. Thanks. Bye for now.

You gotta love this guy! Kerry is one of the most fluid and capable mandolin players I know. I can throw just about any obscure song I can think of at him and he can still laugh and play exceedingly well at the same time. He is also one of the sweetest, genuine people in the world. He and Rick Hulett should be Siamese twins. In fact, I am taking up a collection to have them re-joined.

Kerry, Nice webpage. Better than Bigfoot's. There's even a picture of Elbow Feldspar. Sartorial elegance aside, you are the mando man! Come to Austin with Big next time and you can gig with us for free, too. In the meantime, hit BF in the stomach one for me. Coincidentally, I'm listening to 'Inside my Mando' right now. Magnifique!

Hey Dude!!!! Nice Mando you're playing there. It would be cool to add some of your mando playing to this site, I think.

I also like that little light that lights up the links, that's a cool touch.

This site loads real quick, even though I've got dial up.

So, when is the next cd coming out???
